Set on a sprawling 20-acre estate surrounded by trees, a peaceful pond, and a heated pool (who doesn’t love an end of summer pool party?!), Soul Play is a full-day experience designed to awaken your spirit and reconnect you to joy, aliveness, and the freedom to simply be. 🌞
You’ll be invited into playful, heart-centred yoga, powerful transcendental breathwork, and a liberating ecstatic dance party to close out the day — with plenty of time to rest, play, laugh, and be in community. This is a space to remember what it feels like to be alive in your body, lit up by your own energy, and connected to others in a conscious, playful way.
Whether you're coming solo or with friends, this is a heart-forward, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are — and leave even more yourself.
Although we have a curated itinerary designed to support you, all activities are optional. The day is yours to explore what lights you up and to take as much downtime as you need. 🌿
