Fresh Futures aims to promote and support events and activities that build the capacity of people living with disability, and those who support them, to imagine, identify and pursue an ordinary life in their communities; a life of connection, belonging and contribution.
Fresh Futures focuses on the transition from secondary schooling and allows the opportunity to explore what is next and who can support the journeys of young people. Each region is identified by a specific colour, that helps to identify with the main Fresh Futures brand. The sun logo represents new opportunities, with the transition from lighter to darker orange representing progress.
