“Cheating B*tch”
A take on a Norwegian Woods. Cathedral Ledge Aquavit shaken with Apple brandy, Sweet Vermouth, Yellow Chartreuse, Johnny Bourbon Bitters. Strained into a chilled martini glass and garnished with lemon twist.
Paired with
The Devils Egg Wellington
Half a hard boil served on a slice of beef tenderloin & mushroom duxcell, filled with whipped horseradish yolk and topped with duck liver pate and puff pastry.
Course II
“The Swedes”
Reyka Icelandic Vodka, shaken with a lingonberry and ginger reduction, Lemon juice and honey syrup. Served in a rocks glass rimmed with a lavender sugar.
Paired with
Arrabbiata “Angry Sauce”
Stuffed shell filled with bolognaise made with ground beef, lamb & pork, ricotta cheese & finished with Arrabbiata sauce.
Course III
“Do you think that thing wanted to be an animal!?”
Aha buckthorn herbal liqueur with Whipple Tree black currant wine from Tamworth NH stirred with a cranberry, red currant juice. Served in a champagne flute and garnished with fresh cranberries.

Lobster Fra Diavolo “Brother Devil”
Half a lobster filled with spaghetti tossed parmesan, herbs & olive oil served on a mirror of Fra Diavolo sauce, garnished with fried calamari.
Course IV
“Fires got the temperature up all over the camp”
A spin on Karsk. Double brewed coffee from Brew with Blueshine Moonshine, Atomic Black Coffee Liquor and Sorel clove liqueur. Served warm in a rocks glass with a chocolate coin.
Paired with
Calabaza en Tacha (Served on the Day of the Dead)
Fresh pumpkin braised in orange, Piloncillo syrup, cinnamon, Grande Marnier and fig served with “What’s the Scoop” vanilla bean ice cream and fresh whipped cream.
