1. What are the trip dates?
March 29 – April 4
These are travel dates, including arrival and departure.
2. Who can participate?
We welcome:
Doctors / Chiropractors
Chiropractic students
Non-clinical volunteers
Donors and sponsors
All roles are important to the success of the trip.
3. How many people are on the team?
The team is limited to approximately 25 participants.
Spots are filled on a first-come basis once registration is complete.
4. What services will be provided?
Our team will offer:
Chiropractic care
Metabolic health screenings (blood pressure, blood glucose, urine analysis)
Herbalist advice
Homeopathic remedies
Care is provided in partnership with local churches and community organizations.
5. Where will clinics be held?
We will serve at multiple locations in Kingston, often changing venues daily.
Some participants choose to follow the team to more than one location and may receive care multiple times.
6. Is care first-come, first-served?
Yes. All clinics operate on a first-come basis.
7. What is included in the trip cost?
The trip cost includes:
Lodging
Breakfast and lunch
Local transportation
Airport pickup and drop-off
8. What is not included?
Airfare
Dinner
Personal expenses
Travel insurance (recommended)
9. What are the lodging arrangements?
Pricing is based on triple occupancy.
Double occupancy is available for an additional $70 per person.
Lodging details will be shared closer to departure.
10. Do I need to arrange my own flight?
Yes. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
Arrival and departure guidance will be provided after registration.
11. What is expected of students?
Students will:
Assist with patient flow and care under supervision
Support doctors and staff as needed
Participate fully in clinic days
This is a hands-on, team-based learning experience.
12. What should I bring?
A detailed packing list will be provided, but generally:
Comfortable clinic-appropriate clothing
Closed-toe shoes
Sunscreen and personal medications
Passport valid for at least 6 months
