Beyond the Shape: An Aerial Hammock Exploration

** This is not an aerial yoga class**

In this 90-minute aerial hammock workshop, you’ll learn to move with the fabric as more than
support — it becomes a partner in your dance. Together we’ll explore a flowing sequence, gentle suspensions, and spirals that highlight ease and expression.

This workshop invites you to go beyond the shape of each pose and discover how the hammock
can deepen your movement, offering both freedom and connection in the air.

Date & Time: Friday, October 17, 6:00–7:30 PM
Price: $30

Prerequisites: Students should have comfort and awareness in the hammock, able to mount into salto seat (straddle up), explore inversions at low height, and exit safely with control.

Focus: Exploration, artistry, phrase work, personal expression

Capacity: Limited to 8 spots.
