Join us as we gather to honour the Spring Equinox — a powerful moment of balance, renewal, and fresh beginnings.
This special event will focus on awakening something within yourself, gently shifting what no longer serves you with gratitude and love, and creating space for new energy to enter.
During the morning we will include:
✨ Gentle, mindful movement
✨ Breathwork to reset and reconnect
✨ Reflection and intention setting
✨ A deeply relaxing sound bath to close the session
All of our activities are fully funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, which means this event is completely free to attend.
