Ever wish you could hit your body’s refresh button? You can! That’s what a soundbath will do and I’ll be offering a class Sunday, October 12 from 3-4 pm in Kingsport at Gold Star Fitness at Ridgefields Country Club. 🌟 Only 5 spots left, sign up online at www.andreabridgeryoga.com under events.
