Reflector Oven and Open Hearth Cooking Workshop - August 24
Experience the flavors of history while gaining valuable cooking skills to bring home! Discover New Brunswick’s culinary history as you learn traditional cooking techniques using an open hearth and reflector oven. Expert interpreters will show you how to prepare and cook authentic dishes from the past. Price includes admission to Kings Landing and light refreshments.
Price: $50 for seasonpassholders and $60 for general public plus online booking fees (taxes, admission and supplies included).
Workshops run from 1pm to 4pm. Price includes admission to Kings Landing and light refreshments.
Maximum of six people. Ages 16 and up.

Atelier de cuisine au four réflecteur et au foyer ouvert - 24 août
Découvrez les saveurs de l'histoire tout en acquérant de précieuses compétences culinaires à rapporter chez vous ! Découvrez l'histoire culinaire du Nouveau-Brunswick en apprenant les techniques de cuisson traditionnelles à l'aide d'un four à foyer ouvert et d'un four à réflecteur. Des interprètes experts vous montreront comment préparer et cuisiner des plats authentiques du passé.
Tarif : 50 $ pour les détenteurs d’un abonnement saisonnier et 60 $ pour le grand public, plus les frais de réservation en ligne (taxes, entrée et fournitures incluses).
Les ateliers ont lieu de 13 h à 16 h. Le prix comprend l’entrée à Kings Landing et des rafraîchissements.
