Men's Time To Talk Group with Danny Winchester

Our Time To Talk Group for September is on Thursday 25th at The Steam Cafe from 7pm.

The Group provides a safe space for men to come together to benefit their health and wellbeing, to talk and to listen

We will have TEAM 856 Co-captain Danny Winchester coming along to talk about his mental health journey and how running has helped and continues to help him.
