Sound Bath with Skeptikal $20

Join Nicole and Charlie of Skeptikal as they entice you with their amazing crystal singing bowls, beautiful chimes, and world rocking gongs. Please bring your yoga mat or a blanket to lay on. You may also like to bring a pillow or blanket for comfort and some hydration.
Sound therapy is great for reducing cortisol and releasing stress and tension, awakening your energy centers, and aiding in better sleep. The more open you are to the experience, the better experience you will have.
