FREE Sample Class ~ Reiki Chakra Refresh

The 1st week of each month Mindful Spirit will be providing a free sample class to all who would like to attend.

The Reiki Chakra Refresh class is a guided class working through each chakra to clear stagnant energy & restore balance. We begin with the root chakra and end with working on your aura utilizing yoga, Pilates, and meditation. While we are working through each area you will be receiving Reiki to assist in opening your chakras.

This sampler class will be approximately 30 minutes long. Yoga mats are highly recommended and are not provided.
