$5 Beginner Yoga Classes

Bring your yoga mat and some hydration and join Alisha Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5pm, and Saturday mornings at 10am for beginner level yoga designed to connect the mind and the body by focusing the breath through areas of resistance.
No need to sign up or pre register, just pop on in and have a stretch.
