Get Ready to Bid, Win & Celebrate! We are hosting 20 amazing vendors who will each be auctioning off 3 fabulous prizes – that’s your chance to win up to 60 incredible items! From unique gifts to can't-miss experiences – there’s something for everyone! Plus, don’t miss the creative vibes – we’ll be awarding Prizes for Best Table Decor/Theme – so come ready to be inspired! It’s going to be a night full of fun, friendly competition, and unforgettable finds!
Vendors & business sponsors need to register by August 1st.
Schedule of Events - October 11th:
4:00 PM Vendor Setup
5:00 PM Doors open for registration, paddle pickup, concessions and early bird shopping with vendors.
6:00 PM Auction bidding starts
7:30 PM Intermission
Entry Fees & Auction Paddles:
* $10 Ticket Includes a Paddle
* Additional Paddles are $5
* Bring your quarters for bidding - OR -
* Purchase an ALL IN Paddle. Don't want to mess with quarters but want to ensure you bid on every package?? You can purchase your ALL IN paddle for $45!
50/50 raffle tickets will also be sold the evening of the event.
