Even though it was a bit rainy last week, we sure appreciate those of you who came to visit our Farm Market! We're back this week with sunshine on our shoulders!
This Saturday we'll be at the farm with lots of fresh Organic veggies for you. Our Sweet Potatoes are ready and delicious, and they pair perfectly with Baby Ginger! We have oodles of recipes to help you find new ways to use these wonderful seasonal ingredients.
In addition, you'll find Picnic Peppers along with Snacking Cucumbers, Pickling Cucumbers, Young Yellow Squash, Okra, and lots of Sweet Pepper options.
The Potato Bar will be fully stocked with LaRatte Fingerling potatoes and THREE other varieties (crowd-pleasing German Butterball, low-glycemic Nicola, and low glycemic Plum Gold) plus Creamers.
And we have delicious Eggplant, Aji Dulce peppers, Garlic, Elephant Garlic, Shishitos, and MORE! And everything we grow is Certified Organic.
We'll be at the Tobacco Barn this week. Look for the signs!
