You’ll leave with practical techniques, tips, and tools to incorporate into your self-care routine, empowering you to harness the power of your breath anytime, anywhere.
Taught by Heather Gustafson RN, BSN, MBA, E-RYT500, IPT. Heather’s breathwork journey began when working as a critical care nurse with patients recovering from open heart and lung surgery. She found yoga and pranayama (breath work) to help with stress management as a nurse manager at the age of 29. Heather is trained in Advanced Pranayama (Kripalu Yoga Certification) and has a Positional Therapy practice where she works with individuals and groups to correct muscle imbalances, relieve pain and improve posture.
