Dear Resident(s),
We hope you can make it to the Resident Appreciation Day Pool Party on Saturday, 8/30, from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
We'll have food, drinks, music, fun....and PRIZES!!!
Our team will be set up at the front gate, providing residents with one (1) raffle ticket for the party. Please write your name and apartment number on the raffle ticket and drop it in the raffle bucket. Please make sure you hold on to the other half of the ticket.
We'll be raffling off prizes every 30 minutes, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
12:30 p.m. - we'll raffle off two (2) $25 Amazon Gift Cards
1 p.m. - $100 Visa Gift Card (provided by Fetch Package)
1:30 p.m. - $100 Visa Gift Card
2 p.m. - Dirt Devil Smart Robot Vacuum (one winner) & JBL Bluetooth Speaker (one winner)
2:30 p.m. - $300 Rental Credit
3 p.m. - 65" Smart VIZIO 4K TV (Grand Prize winner)
You must be present to claim your prize. If we call your raffle ticket number, and you're not present, we'll call another raffle ticket number.
This event is for our appreciation of our residents. Only residents of 251 Dekalb Apartments are invited. If you don't have a pool tag for the season, please be sure to visit the Management Office to pick it up.
