We know that taking the first step can sometimes feel a little daunting, but our doors (and our hearts 💕) are open to welcome you. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, you’ll find a friendly, supportive space where you can relax, chat, and try out some of the activities we enjoy together.

It’s the perfect chance to dip your toe in, meet other local women, and discover how our group can bring a little joy, connection, and calm into your week.
