Heartwarming period biopic about a young boy and the inspirational teacher who took him under his wing. Toby Jones is outstanding as the man (Philip Burton) who helped guide a working class school boy, from a very difficult background, to become one of the great actors of his generation - Richard Burton. Lesley Manville provides excellent support as Toby Jones's landlady.
