Monday Meditation Circle, 9th March

Come together with a small community of likeminded people to meditate together. We do a variety of meditation practices: Mindfulness, Buddhist, Yoga, Chanting, visualisation, Yoga Nidra and more... We finish with tea and biscuits. Floor and chair seating available. No experience needed.
