Join Pleasance Lowengard for a warm, open, and judgment-free Death Café—a two-hour community gathering where we talk honestly about the one thing we all share: being mortal.
This session blends gentle education with rich conversation, offering space to explore end-of-life topics with curiosity rather than fear. We’ll touch on practical realities (like planning and decision-making), emotional landscapes (grief, caregiving, legacy), and the deeper human questions that arise when we consider our own impermanence. There is no agenda and no pressure to share—just an opportunity to listen, reflect, and connect.
You’ll be guided through:
-Accessible education on end-of-life choices, rituals, planning, and what dying often looks like
-Open conversation around mortality, grief, and meaning
-Grounding practices to help us stay present with tender topics
-Community connection with others who want to normalize talking about death
All are welcome—whether you’re simply curious, grieving, caregiving, planning ahead, or seeking a deeper relationship with life’s transitions. Come as you are. Bring your questions, your stories, and your humanity.
