Join Tatiana and I for a 60-minute reset designed to gently bring you back to yourself.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided stretch flow — moving slowly with blocks and supportive props to release tension and create space in the body. Expect long exhales, mindful transitions, and deep, nourishing stretches.

Then surrender into a 30-minute soundbath guided by myself Stardust Whispers . You’ll rest comfortably as waves of sound from singing bowls and chimes wash over you — calming the nervous system, lowering the heart rate, and inviting you into a deeply meditative state.

This experience is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system — the part responsible for rest, healing, and restoration.
