We are delighted to share the next installment of our Four Hands Dinner Series, which will take place on November 12th, 2025. We are looking forward to welcoming guest chef Robbie McCauley.
Chef Robbie will collaborate alongside Mark Treacy, Executive Head Chef of The Falls Restaurant, for one night only. Chef Robbie grew up in Scotland, working in award-winning restaurants before moving to Ireland, where he opened Homestead Cottage Doolin, receiving their first Michelin Star less than a year after opening.
