Chef Robbie will collaborate alongside Mark Treacy, Executive Head Chef of The Falls Restaurant, for one night only. Chef Robbie grew up in Scotland, working in award-winning restaurants before moving to Ireland, where he opened Homestead Cottage Doolin, receiving their first Michelin Star less than a year after opening.
