Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Killarney Co-operative Limited will be held at the Killarney Recreation Club, Willow Street Killarney on
Thursday 16th October 2025 at 5.30pm sharp.

All 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 are invited to attend

Business:
To receive, consider and adopt the financial report of the co-operative and the reports by directors and auditors for the year ended 30 June 2025.
To declare a final dividend as recommended by the directors.
To declare the results of the Election of Directors.
To confirm the appointment of auditors of the co-operative.
To transact any business which may lawfully be brought forward.

Drinks and refreshments will follow the meeting.
