Carlow Public Participation Network (PPN) is delighted to invite all member community groups to their Community Expo and Networking event taking place on:

An Gairdin Beo, Dublin Road, Carlow
Thursday, 25th September 2025
Time: 4pm to 6.00pm
This milestone event will focus on the theme of the Environment, with discussions and activities exploring Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), best practices, and inclusive environmental policies - ensuring that no one is left behind.
The evening promises to be an inspiring and engaging opportunity to connect, learn, and take action together
Highlights of the Evening:
An Gairdin Beo Garden Tour and History - Discover the story behind this special community space
Carlow Garden Allotments Policy - Learn more about the newly launched policy supporting local growing initiatives
Panel Discussion - exploring themes of sustainability and opportunities
We also extend a special welcome to all Tidy Towns groups, Residents Associations, and garden and environmental groups to join us in celebrating community-led action for a sustainable Carlow.
Together, let’s explore how we can care for our environment, support each other, and implement policies and practices that truly leave no one behind.
