4. Familiarisation exercises
5. Ectoparasites – mites, fleas and ticks
6.Endoparasites – nematodes, fluke, protozoa, thorny-headed worms and tapeworms
7.Rationale – why do we analyse hedgehog stools?
8.Faecal collection and microscopy techniques
9. Direct faecal smears – preparing slides
10. Practical session
