Kildare Biodiversity Conference 2025

We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Kildare Biodiversity Conference for 2025, a flagship event organised by Kildare Wildlife Rescue in collaboration with Kildare County Council. This inspiring gathering unites passionate individuals committed to making a positive impact on biodiversity in County Kildare and beyond.

This year, we’re adding a second day dedicated to the crucial rehabilitation and veterinary care of native Irish species. As the biodiversity crisis deepens, countless species are facing unprecedented challenges. Our focus on treating and successfully returning individual mammals and birds to the wild is more vital than ever. This day will showcase best practices and innovative methods to ensure these healthy animals can thrive and contribute to the preservation of their species.

Join us on the 18th and 19th of October for a rewarding weekend filled with knowledge and camaraderie. Connect with those at the forefront of the biodiversity movement and be inspired to make a difference.
