Weekly Yoga is back! 🤸🏼♀️🧘♀️
Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm
Starting from September 2nd.
Suitable for beginners & improvers as all poses can be adjusted depending on mobility & ability!
I always have standing & chair options for the poses as an option for those that have difficulty sitting & getting up & down from the mat.
Let me know if you’re coming along- I have a created a WhatsApp group for the yoga class which you can be added to for updates & info if you wish.

Trimsaran leisure centre, in the function room
🧘♀️ What do I need to bring?
-Bring yourself, your body just as it is
-A mat if you have it (I have a few spares)
- Wear loose comfy clothes or your workout gear so you can move freely.
- A drink/ water is optional
- Cosy blanket/ hoodie/ socks to maximise a restful savasana at the end of class.
How much?
£7 per person, per class.
Join me for an hour of guided movement, to honour you & your body.
We start with some breathwork, then flow into our movement section of class aiming to get us out of our heads & into our bodies. We end with a relaxing savasana.
