Steve Royle
Steve Royle is a comedian, actor, radio presenter and variety star combining stand-up comedy, madcap antics and juggling. In 2020 Steve came third on Britain’s Got Talent performing to the four judges, a live virtual audience of 500 and over 12 million people nationwide watching on TV.
His comedy skills have taken him all over the world performing on cruise ships, in hotels and comedy clubs throughout the UK and abroad.
In 2015 he performed 16 nights at The Manchester Arena as part of the Phoenix Nights Live show, helping raise well over £5 million in the process for Comic Relief. He also appeared at the London Palladium twice within a month later that year when he performed as part of the TV show “Sunday Night at The Palladium” and as warm-up for One Night With Neil Diamond.
Steve is also a Gillard award winning presenter on BBC Radio Lancashire and a veteran of 24 pantomimes. Most recently completing his 19th consecutive pantomime at The Grand Theatre, Blackpool. In 2016 he was made an honorary member of The Friends of The Grand for his services to the theatre.
Steve spent many years supporting the likes of Peter Kay, Dave Spikey, and The Lancashire Hotpots on tour. He is a regular television ‘warm-up’ for programs such as The Rob Brydon Show, A Question Of Sport and Friday Night Wind-up with Sam and Mark.
Jack McClean
Yorkshire’s own, multi-award winning Jack McLean is a rising star on the comedy circuit having made his TV debut as a Semi-Finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards 2023.
Jack’s quick witted and conversational style has seen him go on to support Josh Jones, Fiona Allen, Morgan Rees and many more on their latest tours across the UK.
Hailing from Hull, he was named Hull New Comedian of the Year 2022 and Yorkshire Comedy Awards Best Breakthrough Act in 2023 before opening a Chris Ramsey and Friends Gala night at Hull Arena last year.
Jules O'Brian
Brummie based Jules performs around the country, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang–ups, parenting, and dating. This former teacher’s relaxed, chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser.
Jules was nominated for the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent award in 2022, and was shortlisted for Funny Women 2023.
She performs her one woman show, “Avoid excessive cleavage (and other advice to ignore)” at comedy festivals, and gives talks about having embarked on her comedy career as an older woman, to various groups.
Dave Twentyman (Compere)
Dave is upbeat, cheery, down to earth, friendly, warm, quick on his feet…just some words that have been used to describe one of the most naturally funny comics on the UK comedy circuit today
