Pregnancy Yoga

Held at Staffordshire Moorlands Family Hub, Biddulph. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, a weekly 60 minute pregnancy yoga class designed to help alleviate common pregnancy ailments, gentle stretches and movements to help you to build strength ready for your birthing day. Gentle postures to balance the body (asanas), breathwork (pranyama), helping you to relax and tune into your baby (savasana)

Movements designed to help baby move into the optimum position for birth, to help you relax, connect with your body and your baby.

Gentle breathing techniques to use during labour and birth, birth education to help you understand your labour journey, relaxation techniques to help you to find your calm and strength. Guided Relaxation and Visualisation for birth.

The 5 week block is £40. If you have a Free Pass Card (FPC) for the Staffordshire Moorlands Family Hub, this can be used against this class. Please contact me after booking to let me know you are using this option. The FPC will cover £25 of the cost.
