Wyre Forest Health Walkers

Free Wyre Forest Walks of varying lengths take place on Sundays and Tuesdays as listed on website https://www.walkingforhealth.org.uk/.../bewdley-wyre...
Meet at the Wyre Forest Visitor Centre/Café at 10:00 for an 10:30 am start. New walkers are asked to arrive half and hour before start of walk in order to fill-in a Health Questionnaire and to discuss which walk would be best to start on.
Warm-up Walks are on reasonably level ground whereas all the other walks go deeper into the Forest which will involve hills.
These walks have a number of different aims:
To improve one's overall fitness.
To provide a range of walks for those recovering from illness.
To provide company on walks for those who do not like walking alone.
To meet others, make friends and increase one's social circle.
Supported by the Forestry Commission and Worcestershire Walking Network.
