Severn Valley Railway Green Signals 'Jolly' Day

It didn't seem fair that Richard gets to have all the 'jollies', so we thought we should organise one for everybody. So we've organised a Green Signals day out on the Severn Valley Railway, just before Christmas! Sadly Nigel has refused to wear a festive hat, but there's still time to persuade him...

Anyway, here's the plan:

10:00 Meet at Kidderminster station on the Severn Valley Railway for a 10:15 departure on our exclusive Green Signals DMU! No regular passengers on this train, just GS folk - perfect for meeting like-minded friends and mingling with Richard, Nigel and Stef of course

11:15 We'll arrive at Bridgnorth where you have two options:

• Behind the Scenes tours (Optional extra £15) - including the Signal Box, Boiler Shop, Main Works and Yard. This is strictly limited to 40 tickets
• Visit Bridgnorth town and the Cliff Railway - or retire to the pub at the station for a pint!

13:00 Depart Bridgnorth

13:25 Arrive at Highley for...

• A tour of The Engine House, including the Royal Carriage, Travelling Post Office carriage, and other locomotives
• A seasonal buffet lunch
• A presentation from SVR Managing Director Gus Dunster
• More opportunity to chat and mingle with the GS team and other GS fans!

16:00 Depart Highley

16:30 Arrive back at Kidderminster
