This month we move with the 6th energy centre in the body which is located between the eyebrows, this energy centre is deeply connected to our eyes, brain, pituitary and pineal glands.
Through free, embodied movement, we bring the physical body and subtle body into alignment - creating space for insight, presence and ease.
