At certain times in life, it seems we are deluged with sources of possible fear, stress, anxiety, and depression. Nevertheless, we are composed of a wealth of resources and strengths that some of us may not have learned to access, or are blocked as a result of tension or insecurity.

Horses are masters of bypassing limited knowledge for a full bodied, organic “understanding”. After this workshop, you will feel and be empowered to reach within for whatever you need, rather than feeling dependent on external sources for your wellbeing.
