About Kat Carter:

Kat Carter is a community leader and conscious space creator. She has spent the last twelve years teaching yoga while studying eastern philosophy, somatic therapies and indigenous practices. She discovered that what people seek most is connection, and created Ecstatic Dance Colorado as a safe space for community mental health.

Kat wants to continue to provide alternative avenues for those looking for conscious community and self discovery. She facilitates retreats and workshops using flow state consciousness as a conduit for change and growth. She believes in the medicine of music, movement and plants and that these tools should be accessible to all.
