2026 Become A Vendor

Do you have a product to sell? The NBS is looking for you!

Please join us Feb 28 - March 7th Keystone, CO for our Black Ski Summit as a vendor. There will be multiple opportunities to sell your products to over 600 guests throughout the week. Venues include:

• Registration@ the Keystone Conference Center
• Gospel Festival @ the Keystone Conference Center
• Game Night @ the Adventure Center
• Après Ski Events @ The Mountain House (multiple nights)
• Evening Events @the Keystone Conference Center

As you can see, these events will take place in a variety of locations throughout the Keystone Resort. You will have the opportunity to indicate which events you would like to participate in once the official schedule is made available.

You will be able to ship your items ahead of time and your goods will be held in a secure room. You will also have access to a secured storage space throughout the week for your items. Vendors are discouraged from bringing pipes and drape or other display items due to the set up and take down nature of the location.

All vendors will need to be registered for the event. The base rate for vendor participation includes a 6 ft table & 2 chairs.

Fees:

$300 flat rate for the week if you are already registered. Includes 2 chairs and a 6ft table

$100 flat fee for an additional table (6ft)

25% discount for NBS Clubs

Space will be offered to sponsors and paying vendors on a first come, first served basis.
