Our Adventure Course is awesome. Kids love it. Staff love it. But only a handful of humans can be up there at a time, which means the magic wears off fast if you’re waiting around with nothing to do. We’re fixing that.
On this workday we’ll be building and improving the fun things that happen around the Adventure Course, so campers actually enjoy the whole experience instead of praying for time to move faster.
Projects include:
• A slingshot range for target practice
• A brand new Gaga Pit
• Shade structures (blessings be)
• Low ropes style activities
• Cornhole boards and other yard games
• Clean up, raking, sanding, staining, and general glow-ups
There are jobs for every age and skill level. Bring your kids, bring your neighbors, bring your Scout troop, bring whoever wants to help.
And if staffing allows, we’ll take turns going on the Adventure Course.
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring work gloves if you have them. We’ll take care of the rest.
