Join me for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and soak up some well-deserved self-love ❤️
You’ll be guided into relaxation before being immersed in soothing sound vibrations using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and gentle percussion, creating a calming, meditative experience for body and mind.

✨ Contraindications ✨
Sound baths are generally very safe and gentle, however this session may not be suitable if you:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have sound-induced epilepsy
• Have severe mental health conditions that could be triggered by deep relaxation or sound
