GRFU Suicide Awareness Workshop

An event specifically for GRFU affiliated clubs, held at Kingswood RFC.

The workshop will be designed to raise Suicide Awareness for those who attend following Suicide Prevention Day on 10th September 2025.

We will cover:
* What is Suicide
* How to talk about Suicide safely
* Language
* Myths and facts
* Statistics
* Signs and symptoms
* Lived experience video
* How to support someone who is feeling suicidal
* Signposting
