Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) Carers Event

#LetsIncludeCarers - connect, embrace, celebrate!

This celebration is for you, its an opportunity for you to connect with fellow carers, embrace some joy and just celebrate who you are! You are not alone.

This is a day dedicated to all our unpaid carers who look after someone with mental health difficulties. Whether you are a partner, parent or friend that cares for a loved one, this event offers a range of activities and resources just for you.

Treat yourself and recharge your batteries in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. There are workshops, therapies, art and information stands and good signposting to voluntary and community services from across our area.

Connect with other people who often share similar experiences to you and hopefully you will gain valuable insights, peer support and there will be plenty of opportunity to just stop, listen and chat.

Take a break from your responsibilities, indulge in some self-care activities, enjoy relaxing massages, rejuvenating therapies and wellness sessions designed to promote your well-being.
