A Chakra Workshop

Seven major energy points lie along the central axis of our subtle body. We call them “chakras” and describe them as spinning wheels of energy that are connected to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Chakras can be over or under active, they can be blocked or clear, and they can be balanced or imbalanced.

Join us for a detailed explanation of the chakra system and an overview of what foods, essential oils, yoga poses, stones, activities, and personal affirmations can help bring this system into harmony.

No experience required. There will be a simple yoga practice along with lecture and discussion. Attendees will receive small gifts to use as they embark on a personal chakra cleansing journey.

Kat Wheatley is a Yoga Professional with over 1000 hours of training. She is a registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance and a registered Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She offers private sessions upon request.
