We are moving with a mission this Thanksgiving Day, check out the details ⬇️
☀️when: Thanksgiving Day 11/27 7:00-8:30am before your turkey festivities kick off!
☀️why: any support helps bring this vision and project to life for our community + Kewaskum neighbors, + kiddos
☀️how: bring a donation + ask for the support of your loved ones (both are optional!) to pledge your Best Day Ever workout - show up and bring your highest effort!
THE WORKOUT 💪🏼
1. Choose your workout duration: 30/60/90 min - up to you!
2. Bike/walk/run ➡️ AMRAP strength
3. Repeat this combo for the duration of time you choose! Challenge yourself, do it for the cause, and kick off Thanksgiving the best way we know how!
THE PLEDGE 👉🏼 if you should choose a monetary donation:
•consider donating (any amount you wish) per minute of the work out (ex: 60 min workout, 0.50/min = $30)
•OR any flat donation your heart wishes to💛🩵❤️
