About this Event
Doing It Again - RAAC Show Two
Following last year’s debut show Just Doing It RAAC is back — Doing it again.
Opening on October 3rd this exhibition brings together a group of emerging artists connected by shared beginnings and a steadfast commitment to creative practice. What started as a small circle of Scotch graduates has expanded into a broader community of friends collaborators and makers across various disciplines — from painting to street art design photography and sculpture.
Doing It Again is a snapshot of where we’re at now – backing each other and keeping the momentum going.
Join us for a drink and a chat with RAAC’s emerging artists.
Take the vibe home. All art will be available for purchase.

The exhibition exists of photo collages mostly made when I am Artist in Residence in Europe.
The photos I use are made in Australia and Europe. My interest is nature and colour forms and unusual things I encounter when I travel.
I like to walk a lot and find that that’s how I see more than on a bicycle or in a car.
The diBond photos are mostly landscapes that I work with on the iPad I put forms in the landscape that make the picture surreal.
There are two collages are on special paper made of cotton (made by a historic windmill in Holland). I work with photos and mixed medium on watercolour paper.
The small collages are made after long walks I use the surface of the path to inspire me.
The greatest source of inspiration for my work has always been nature evoking emotions of freedom beauty & wonder. My extensive travels throughout Australia have had a significant influence on my life and work in turn reflected in the Art. The country’s vast differences in landscapes open space colours and outstretched desert plains supply me with endless inspiration.
Photography is an important tool for my work all the photos used for my collages I have made myself.
