Bring your canine companion and your yoga mat for a relaxing 25-30 min sound bath session!
Upon arrival, participants will have a short meet & greet outside for 5-10 minutes.
What is a Sound bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind.
During the sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest for both you and your dog.
Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit for both humans and animals:
-Deep Relaxation; vibrations can reduce muscle tension and inflammation
-Stress and Anxiety Relief; listening to certain frequencies is shown to reduce cortisol levels

Space is limited to 8 participants (1 human + 1 dog); all dogs must be leashed and toilet trained.
