Sashiko Workshop

Structure & Content:
• Introduction to Sashiko: History, purpose, and cultural significance
Pattern Transfer: Marking and preparing fabric for stitching
Basic Sashiko Stitches: Running stitch, intersecting lines, and geometric patterns Design Exploration: Combining traditional motifs with modern compositions
• Project Completion: Create a decorative panel, cushion cover, or garment embellishment
