Creativity Circle: Intentional Journalling and Nature Art

Come along and gather in the heart of nature with Trudie from the Zen Den and Natasha from the Mindwell Collective for a gentle morning of creativity and connection as you create and decorate your own journal.

Our workshop takes place in a gorgeous venue in beautiful surroundings in Isham with views guaranteed to inspire your creativity. Allow the willow trees, ponds, waterfall and rolling hills to spark your inner wisdom and innate creativity.

During our three hours together you can expect:

*A welcoming, grounding meditation
*Intention setting with breathwork and somatic movement
*Your own beautiful journal to take home
*Time to wander and rest on the land, allowing nature to inspire your first journal entry
*Time to forage for your own natural objects with which to adorn your journal
*Community creativity circle time with plenty of art supplies to help you beautify the front cover of your journal!
*Tea, cake and oracle cards
*As much guidance from Trudie and Natasha as you require including access to inspiring journal prompts
