Led by Roopa Gulati, showcasing recipes from her latest cookbook Indian Kitchens and learn how you can recreate them at home!
Brought up in Cumbria, she crossed continents and worked as a chef in New Delhi's kitchens, cooking in hotels, street bazaars, palace kitchens, TV studios and on stoves across India.
You'll receive a welcome drink, then be shown how to make your own garam masala spice blend and how to cook up moong dal, fish fry and make raita, tasting all of them, of course 🤩
