Start your year with clarity, calm, and intention.
Arrive at 10:45 AM for a peaceful 15-minute sound bath, then flow into 45 minutes of yoga designed to ground, energize, and reset. We’ll begin with cleansing breathwork, move through mindful grounding poses, build into gentle standing flows, and finish with deep stretching to leave you centered, light, and ready for what’s ahead.
Tickets are $30 and include your choice of a mocktail, Bloody Mary, or mimosa, plus a breakfast flatbread buffet.
