Art Experience:Visioning Gratitude in the Present Moment

This workshop is an opportunity to create your own Gratitude Vision Collage that transforms simple appreciation into powerful clarity. Led by licensed therapist Ashley Smith, LMFT, this guided experience uses the gentle power of creativity to engage your curiosity and spark new insights about your life.

We know that gratitude calms the nervous system and clarifies what’s truly working. By slowing down and engaging in a hands-on creative process, you’ll not only find a deep sense of calm but also intentionally craft a personal vision for the things you value most. Join us to build community, make art, and create a thoughtful Thanksgiving that makes sense uniquely to you.
