Corfu Open Space welcomes John Digweed for an unforgettable night
On August 22, legendary DJ John Digweed will take over the Forest Stage at Corfu Open Space for
a one-of-a-kind progressive and melodic techno set.
Joining him on stage:
Petros Odin – DJ and producer with releases on labels like Yoshitoshi, Snatch!, Lapsus, and more.
His music has been supported by world-class DJs such as Solomun, David Morales, Dave
Seaman, and he has shared the decks with names like Maceo Plex, Oliver Huntemann, Black
Coffee, Sasha, and many others.
Kobo – With appearances across Europe in iconic venues such as Bora Bora (Ibiza, Spain),
Mandarino Club (Italy), Fez (Sheffield, UK), as well as Greece’s hottest spots like Dybbuk, Six
D.O.G.S., Mamacas, Drakoulis, Terazza, Skull Bar (Athens), and Club 54 & Loco Club (Corfu).
GiGi – Originally from Greece, now based in Barcelona, she has played at venues such as Studio
Stereo, Mad Radio, Macarena Club (Barcelona), Sisyphos (Berlin), Six D.O.G.S. and ADD Festival
(Greece).
Alexandros V – From Greece, long-time resident DJ at Mango Bar Corfu (1997–2005) (yes, he
“borrowed” a few of the best vinyls – we still love you, Alex!). He has also played at Mamacas, Plus
X Athens, and is currently based in Zurich, performing at Zurich Open Air, Züri Fäscht, Bergluft, and
is a resident at Astra Kitchen Bar.
Panos Sgouros – Founding member of Mango Bar (North Corfu, Acharavi) from 1997 to 2005,
known for his explosive dance parties. One of the first to support and promote the dance culture in
Corfu in the early '90s. Also a radio producer (Star FM 88.8) from 1997 to 2000 with a live show.
Back on the decks after a long time, now organizing this very event.
What to expect:
A unique forest atmosphere with lush greenery both inside and around the venue. Naturally cool
even on hot days.
What you’ll find on site:
- A large bar
- Food stalls
- Proper toilets (not chemical)
- Two large parking areas (one inside, one just a short distance away) – both free
- Easy access – the venue is located 14 km from Corfu town on the Paleokastritsa National Road
- On-site health & safety support
The event starts at 5 PM – the Forest Stage is large, but if you want to experience it up close,
come early to claim your spot.
Coming from afar? The famous Paleokastritsa beach is nearby for a swim and a walk before the show.
Important notes:
No backpacks or large bags allowed inside the event
Be extremely careful with cigarettes or any flammable materials – no fire hazards permitted
Do not access areas outside the designated event space
