This New Moon gives added hope & acceptance, as we surrender, and renew our resolve with a genuine, realistic sense of faith in ourselves & others.
Some things that meditation and talking circles may help with is emotional healing and unpacking.
Helping yourself relax and answer questions like “ do I want to stay here or do I want to observe what I can let go?”
Meditation assists in regaining internal power, teaching the physical, mental, emotional, & intuitive bodies to communicate together.
This New Moon gives added hope & acceptance, as we surrender, and renew our resolve with a genuine, realistic sense of faith in ourselves & other.

Thought surfing: Name it and Tame it.
An optional exercise after the meditation. This is something you can share or just write down on a bay leaf for yourself to work with.
Bay leaves have been used for eons, both medicinally and ritually due to their versatile magical properties, which include attracting abundance enhancing confidence, assisting with dream work, purifying + consecrating sacred tools & spaces, protection, and spell breaking.
We will use bay leaves and a black candle with a sharpie.
Write your situations or relationships that no longer serve you on the leave.
You can release them using a black candle provided which represents protection
Event cost is $30 you may RSVP with Lisa or Tiffany space is limited
